Springs vs Phillips Rematch Announced for Voltage!
"Run It Back"
Earlier this year, Dale Springs and Simon Phillips went to war in Louisiana for what Phillips coined, "Dale's Last Match". The two former best friends started in the wrestling industry together, even becoming a tag team at one one point. Shortly after, their careers took two different paths with Springs becoming professional wrestling's one and only "Golf Father", while Phillips formed the dominant faction known as "Disobey".
What seemed like an inevitability finally happened, as the stars paths would once again cross, with Phillips making known his ultimate goal of ending Springs's career. After the epic battle took place earlier this year, many thought they had seen the end of Springs and this rivalry. However, that belief proved to be untrue at the conclusion of CWF Conspiracy in May.
After serving as the Special Guest Referee in the CWF Championship match, ultimately raising the hand of his former Caddy, Alex Braddock, Springs called out Simon Phillips and challenged him to a rematch. We can now confirm, the match has officially be signed for CWF Voltage on June 17th in Milton, FL.
